36/365 – Sunset in the traffic with a Macro lens

OMW it took forever to get home tonight… the traffic was such a mare!! But the sunset was spectacular, and thankfully my bag was in the front of the car so I whipped out my camera to take a quick shot before the cars started moving again… I only had a Macro lens on me today :)… and a pity about the lamp posts… but what can you do when you’re stuck!

And after that stressful drive home, and a good meal of lamb chops and potatoes and veg… we sat down to watch the swimming (after Connor was glued to the gymnastics channel again) to proudly cheer Chad Le Clos on in the 200m butterfly event. So very very exciting, and I loved the Bradley was awake to watch it :)

I actually quite like the street lights in the picture – love how they are glowing a slight orange against the amazing sunset.

    LOVED Chad’s win!
